Uniwersytet Bostoński (Boston University)- prywatny uniwersytet w Bostonie, Massachusetts, USA. Historia uczelni wywodzi się od Newbury Biblical Institute w Newbury, Vermont, założonego w 1839 r. Sam uniwersytet został sformowany przez Massachusetts Legislature w 1869. Z 3 tysiącami wykładowców i 30 tys. studentów Boston University jest 4. największym prywatnym uniwersytetem w kraju i 2. wielkością pracodawcą w mieście. Uczelnia oferuje tzw. associate's degree (w stylu polskiego studium), bachelor's degree (dyplom Bachelor of Arts, więcej niż polski licencjat, mniej niż magister), master's degree (Master of Arts, dyplom magisterski) i dyplomy doktorskie w kilku profesjonalnych szkołach i college’ach (schools & colleges), jak: the College of General Studies, the College of Fine Arts i the School of Hospitality Administration.
