Engelska ligacupen, på engelska Football League Cup, är en fotbollsturnering som startade säsongen 1960/61. Till skillnad från FA-cupen deltar endast de 92 professionella klubbarna i England. Cupen är med andra ord inte öppen för amatörlag. Segraren i Ligacupen kvalificerar sig för UEFA-cupen. De sex första säsongerna spelades finalerna i dubbelmöten hemma/borta, 1967 till 2000 avgjordes finalen i en match på Wembley i London och 2001-2007 spelades finalerna på Millennium Stadium i Cardiff, för att 2008 återigen flyttas tillbaka till det nyinvigda Wembley.

Sedan 1982 har Ligacupen varit sponsrad av olika företag som har gett namn åt cupen. Följande namn har använts:
